The house is conveniently located in the village of Koh Samed. 5 minute walk from Nadan pier, 10 minute walk to Saikaew beach. There are several small shops, restaurants and bars close by. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine to do your own laundry in. Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers (sound bar) are in place for Your entertainment. The loft bedroom has one queen size bed. Two single size mattresses are added if booking is made for over 4 people.

I hyran ingår inte elförbrukning, den mäts av vid ankomst och förbrukad el betalas vid avflyttning. Elen kostar f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Sänglinne och handdukar finns att hyra för 220 Baht/vecka. Meddela oss vid bokning om ni vill beställa detta så finns det på plats i huset vid ankomst. Huset är rök- och husdjursfritt.

If you like animal this is your place, we got dogs and one cat, sometimes birds such as hornbill will come by the tree in front of your hut.
