Amazing Place! Super aesthetic & also highly comfortable! Lalita was a great host, always willing to help us with all of our requests. She was also very understanding to our personal circumstances. Would love to go back here sometime in the near-enough future! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 definitely 5 stars!

Dave and his family are really helpful and fun people to be around with! Late in the evening of arrival and departure Dave helped me a lot, took a lot of time to oder suggestions for every intersting place to visit. He cleans each Sunday. Its very quiet and with a motorcycle or bolt you are in 10 minutes in town. Great Location with full of nature and small shops and restaurants close by. Thank you! I’ll come around next year again :)

The apartment was very well located, lots of really good restaurants and bars nearby, if you stay there you have to check out the garage cafe, it has the best Pham Thai in town.

I've stayed at several long-term/monthly Airbnb and home stays, but Carolyn's place stands out. I immediately felt "at home", like I was visiting family or old friends. Carolyn warmly welcomed me, gave me a quick tour of the unit and grounds, and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodations are accurately portrayed in the description and images on the listing, very comfortable and most important to me private. I felt like I could interact with my neighbors when I felt like more social, or be alone on my porch for a quiet evening. It's an ideal set up. Onsite there is laundry, hanging racks for drying or a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, water availability, and also they rent scooters on-site. If you're looking for a local experience that's still very close to all the tourist attractions of Old Town and other spots in Chiang Mai, then Carolyn's place it a great fit. I'll be back!

Wir sind zu zweit angereist und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Unterkunft! Nicht nur entsprach das Haus genau den Beschreibungen, vor allem gefiel uns die entschleunigende Umgebung und der Charme des Viertels, was unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machte! Unser Aufenthalt bei Pranchalee war einfach fantastisch! Sie hat sich immer Zeit genommen, unsere Fragen zu beantworten, und war immer bereit zu helfen. Die Wohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen!
