The most unique feature is the 70sqm terrace with an incredible Mountain View. Ski right up to my home and unwind from a full day on the slopes. Includes a ski depot fitting 4 skis and 4 boots

Apartment is located in the center of the city, in 5 minutes walking distance from the Opera House, in 7 Minutes walking Distance from the Parliament, in 12 Minutes walking distance from the Galleria Tbilisi and most of tourist attractions. Property has its own closed garden that is excellent for kids. The supermarket is in 15 meters from the property. Apartment also has a very nice traditionally decorated wine room that is excellent for family celebrations and friends gatherings.
