Newly renovated, high-ceiling, full of light and spacious apartment in the landmark building - Hotel de Londres, which opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge - flea-market, Presidential Palace and 10 minutes walk from the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast! *please do not ask for a deal outside Airbnb. Respect the rules!

A hidden gem! Rare in this city: ancient, with a wine cellar, fireplace, courtyard, and few residents, located in the heart of the old town, yet fully restored in 2020. A historic building, city-famous, where Georgian figures like Ilia Chavchavadze once sat on the balcony. The apartment was renovated in 2024. “According to history, the house is considered one of the earliest buildings in Tbilisi and is a worthy example of ancient architecture.” - Press 2016.
