Pirosmani Courtyard next to Fabrika

This charming apartment is nestled in a little gem of Georgian architecture - a small town-house with a traditional old-Tbilisi style courtyard, surrounded by two levels of carved wooden balconies. The building is infused with a sense of local history, as it is over a century old. And yet the two-room apartment, with a private bath, has just recently undergone a full renovation, so all the amenities are brand new. Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

Celebrating old Tbilisi

A little nest in the heart of the old part of the city, located on a pedestrian street, surrounded by nice cafes, restaurants, (that's why place is quite noisy) and shops with originally designed furniture.
