The apartment is in the heart of tourist area in Limassol. It's located at Galatex center in Germasogia. The beach is exactly 2 min from the apartment. There are many coffee shops restaurants, fast-foods, pubs and a supermarket, ATMs. The flat is very safe as it has a security gate only for the residence at the entrance of the block. Also has a shaded parking slot. Outside of the complex there is a public bus-stop that connects the whole cornice road (Limassol Mall, Limassol Marina, beaches).

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.
