Lowen's Cottage is a beautifully appointed & extensively renovated cottage nestled a stone's throw from the iconic Mousehole Harbour. Tucked away on the corner of Duck Street in the centre of the village, the cottage has off-street private parking for one car & space for an outdoor bistro table & chairs. There are designer touches across all 3 floors, including Tom Raffield lighting & Ercol furniture. It is characterful & cosy, yet modern & stylish. Well behaved four-legged friends are welcome.

Home of the Mousehole Cat

Perfect for the young family, couple and friends, EVEN KEEL IS the home of the Mousehole Cat, where the book was written and set. There are lots of books for children here and the beach is perfect for them to play. This cozy little fisherman’s cottage overlooks the harbour with views of the sea. The living room is upstairs & excellent for light and comfort. Literally by the beach on the harbour- this IS your garden and beach. Comfy beds and perfect location for the pub and restaurants nearby.

Shell Cottage is a traditional fishermen's dwelling set directly on the waterfront in a traffic-free zone in atmospheric Mousehole harbour. Perfectly positioned next to the sea, it is a few steps from the beach and just around the corner from all village amenities including award-winning restaurants, shops. delicatessens and two pubs. This compact, bright, garden suite is decorated in a simple mid-century style. It has it's own private entrance, with free off road parking. It would suit a couple (or family with 1/2 younger children). Quietly situated above Mousehole, & just a short (5 min) walk down the steep hill to the stunning village & amazing little harbour, where there are great restaurants, an old pub, deli & galleries. Fab swimming & coastal walks are close by. Its perfect for a romantic break or a family getaway.

Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
