If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit!

Walk to morning coffee, pastries, a local grocery store, athe renowned Nunan’s Lobster Hut. Just two miles from Kennebunkport and a nine-minute drive to Goose Rocks Beach.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home away from home on the Mousam River. Listen to the sounds of the spring peepers & owls and spot the fireflies from the large back deck. Enjoy meals in the screened in porch, or gather on the patio around the firepit in the evenings. With Parsons Beach just 15 minutes and Mother's Beach 20 minutes away, you're within reach of all that the Kennebunk area has to offer. Use the canoe (provided) to paddle on the river. Booking person must be 21+.

Welcome to a truly unique stay! Our property is home to two special ventures—our goat rental business, Scapegoats, and our nonprofit animal sanctuary, Mousam Misfits. While goats are part of the charm, they’re just the beginning—you may also see a variety of rescued animals during your visit. If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) BTW***WE LOVE CANADIANS!! 🇨🇦
