Outdoor space to enjoy - including propane firepit & 2 cruiser bikes and Pacman arcade console to enjoy! 5 blocks from BSU; 10 min bike ride from downtown; 5 min drive to Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. 2 Q beds, 1 bath - all set for 4, but comfortably 2 guests is best. Owners love the local scene and will leave a sample of a local beer or wine for your enjoyment during a stay of 3+ nights.

The property is 15 minutes from Mountain Home Air Force Base and 50 minutes from Boise. CJ Strike Reservoir is a short 15 minute drive away.

There is a garage that can be accessed from inside the house. Washer and dryer, furnished kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room. No pets. Recreation in the area includes: Hiking or floating the Bruneau Canyon, climbing the Bruneau Sand Dunes, fishing the Bruneau River and of course there is CJ Strike Reservoir.

The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building. The full sized kitchen allows you to stay in and cook if you desire or take a short walk to many local restaurants.
