Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Make some memories at this unique family friendly guesthouse located in Seal Bay Park with 10km of trails for walking or riding, walking distance to Bates beach fishing resort, 10 minute drive to Kitty Coleman beach and just under 40 minutes to Mount Washington. There is a private fully fenced yard with space for up to two RV’s at an additional cost of $30 per RV per night. Ideal for larger groups with RV’s wanting extra living space.
