This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Great location in the best part of town!

This completely rebuilt 3 bed room, 1 bath room home is right on the Upper Sacramento River, w/ good heat and AC, big back yard & BBQ area, great river views, fishing access, ample parking, and plenty of room both inside & out. All furnishings are new & are "rustic modern" in style. The house is 1,260 Sq ft. The new appliances & wifi, TV, & front door entry lock - make this a very user- friendly home. There is a view of Mount Shasta from the back deck and up the hill. The hill is also great for sledding in the winter.
