Mt Tabor House Salmon Room

Cozy, energy efficient new construction for a better world. Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Cozy Bungalow in SE Portland

This home is cozy and bright, quiet and restful. Located in south east Portland you can enjoy the lovely hikes and hot-springs south of Portland along the Clackamus River, while also being close to all the fun things the city has to offer. The house is about twenty minutes from downtown , five minutes from Woodstock, ten minutes from Hawthorn. Our home comfortably sleeps six, but it also perfect for a couple. It is cute and welcoming, and is always kept very clean and tidy for our guests.

You will have full reign of the top (street)level of the home. Host lives downstairs in the sun basement. You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway. Your private space includes a double queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a jetted bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with wood burning fireplace and stunning views, a full laundry room, a wrap around deck with outdoor table and chairs.

Stay at the "Clover Craftsman" with your family and friends to experience everything Portland has to offer. Use as a base to explore the mountains, coast, or wine country. King beds in 4 bedrooms and Twin XL beds in the 5th. Each showcases what makes Portland unique: stunning roses, 12 iconic bridges, nearby forests, bicycle-focused transportation, and TV show Portlandia. Only a quick 10 min. drive to trendy Division or Hawthorne areas and 15 min. to downtown or the airport.

Charming, remodeled, clean one-bedroom basement apartment with some natural light. Private entrance and patio. In a quiet, safe SE neighborhood central for exploring Portland. Walk to Mt. Tabor Park. Furnished in mid-century style, with high-end cotton linens, bedding and towels; full kitchen and bathroom. Large flat-screen TV, full Cable, HBO, etc. Very reliable WiFi. We welcome all nationalities, ethnicities and creeds. We are LGBT-friendly.

Our basement has been newly renovated. Brand new bedroom, beautiful bathroom and living space. The living space includes a 57” Smart TV and couch. The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!

This apartment has a private entrance and street parking right in front of the house.
