The Sumner Loft

Located in the heart of Sumner village centre, The Sumner Loft is an award winning architectural apartment with ocean glimpses. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Oma's Cottage

The cottage has a fully functional kitchen, and a washer dryer to get all of your laundry sorted. The cottage has a double bedroom with a queen bed, a single bedroom and a comfortable pull out couch if there are more people staying. We would absolutely love to host you but please be aware this is not a hotel. It's primarily a place for family to stay when they come and visit so just treat it like your own home away from home ☺️

We are close to some of the best mountain biking, hiking and cafes. 10 minute drive to central Christchurch and 25 minutes from the airport. We are also on a main bus route, located just outside the property.
