This beautiful newly built loft has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Inside, you’ll find a clean and cozy retreat that sleeps up to six. Step outside to the patio and unwind by the fire pit, or relax on the inviting front porch—perfect for morning coffee and birdwatching. We are centrally located on MDI - close to ponds, lakes and the Atlantic, hiking in Acadia as well as near coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. This home is the perfect spot for soaking up all our island has to offer.

Tranquility Cottage (Year Round) & Cabin (May-Oct)

Peaceful & pet friendly acre near Acadia in natural, wooded setting. Fast WiFi, view to Ripples Pond (a wildlife sanctuary), & fenced in backyard. Big 1 bed cottage has comfy King mattress + 2 sleeper futons. The Cabin (only open May 1-Oct 31) has kitchenette, bathroom & Queen bed. A backyard path to hammock & chill spot by Ripples (view only, but 1/2 mile away is Long Pond for swimming, canoe/kayak rental). Grill. Firepit. Tranquility! NOTE: Cabin open May-Oct + has ceiling+box fans but no A/C

4 BR Waterfront Unique House + Dock! [Osprey Cove]

Osprey Cove is a unique vertically built home that has fantastic views of the top of Somes Sound. A dock, firepit & gazebo are available for use and are shared with the neighboring unit, which are always a guest favorite! A spiral staircase brings guests to all levels of the home and you will find the home fully stocked as the homeowners use this space themselves to vacation! -10 min to Southwest Harbor -13 min to Acadia National Park [Cadillac Mountain Entrance] -17 min to Downtown Bar Harbor

The Arthaus, an eclectic retreat for two

Located on Mount Desert Islands, "Quietside". The cottage features high ceilings and an open floor plan, with a small deck looking into the woods The walls are decorated with original art work by the owner. Our location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville; 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming opportunities are just 5 minutes away by car. The Arthaus is not suitable for pets, despite our love for them.

Lakefront property on Mount Desert

Please — from June 1 until Aug 30 we take reservations only from Saturday to Saturday. msg me if those days don’t work off-season. A piece of paradise on Mount Desert Island, located on a beautiful swimming lake on 20 acres on the island's quietside. Near to the best lobster pound. Great fishing and canoeing on the lake. House is a renovated old farm house. Non-bed sleeping pets welcome. Great for families who appreciate Acadia. We share a beach with 1 family, so please be courteous!
