Osprey Cove is a unique vertically built home that has fantastic views of the top of Somes Sound. A dock, firepit & gazebo are available for use and are shared with the neighboring unit, which are always a guest favorite! Big 1 bed cottage has comfy King mattress + 2 sleeper futons. The Cabin (only open May 1-Oct 31) has kitchenette, bathroom & Queen bed. A backyard path to hammock & chill spot by Ripples (view only, but 1/2 mile away is Long Pond for swimming, canoe/kayak rental). Grill. Firepit. Tranquility! NOTE: Cabin open May-Oct + has ceiling+box fans but no A/C

Tern II Oceanfront Cottage

Tern II is located on NW side of Mount Desert Island with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths in the main house. A separate1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is availble for $250. A private dock and pebble beach is yours for swimming or launching your canoe or kayak. Spectacular sunsets are viewed from the deck. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Northeast Harbor, Southwest Harbor are all easy access. Enjoy this undisturbed quiet cove with abundant wild life: seals, porpoises, loons, bald eagles, ospreys, and starfish

Fern Tiny House is 15 min. to Acadia National Park's entrance & 10 min. to the new Gateway Center where you can catch an Island Explorer bus to Acadia, Schoodic & Bar Harbor. The Arthaus, an eclectic retreat for two

Located on Mount Desert Islands, "Quietside". The cottage features high ceilings and an open floor plan, with a small deck looking into the woods The walls are decorated with original art work by the owner. Our location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville; 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming opportunities are just 5 minutes away by car. The Arthaus is not suitable for pets, despite our love for them.
