Stand alone studio ideal for one or two people

Home away from home. Prime location. Private ,quiet studio with own bathroom,kitchenette which has fridge,microwave, toaster, jug and dishes.You also have your own private patio facing the garden and very private. Lots of shops around us and walking distance to the supermarket, cafes and banks. There are also lovely restaurants on our street, you name it, its here. If coming to Auckland, check us out, you will not be disappointed. Bus stop just outside our gate, to the city centre or airport .

The Kingsland Suite is a modern space with good natural light. Keypad entry makes for very simple check ins and check outs. A comfy 1 Bedroom and lounge space for you to relax and unwind after a busy day, out seeing all the great sights Auckland has to offer, or visiting friends or relatives in the area. Or even going to support your favourite sports team at Eden Park or a fantastic concert. The Kingsland Suite is situated down a quiet side street only minutes from the vibrant Kingsland shops.

Bright, clean & cosy, sliding doors open onto a private deck. Our studio is not set up for self-catering but you can make a simple breakfast & we are very close to great cafes/bars/food stores. Set back from the street the studio is quiet and secure. Free parking on street. Bus stop 5minutes walk. Our cosy studio is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers who want a relaxing, private spot as a base while exploring Grey Lynn, Ponsonby & the city. Close to City & Eden Park.

A modern west facing 2 bedroom semi self-contained basement nestled on the lower level of our family home has a private lounge, dining area and kitchenette and has a private lawn with room for kids to play on. Connections: About 10km to city - 1 min walk to bus stop and 13 min walk to train station connects you to all parts of Auckland. Shared cycle and walkway 1km away Kids playground 200m away Zoo and Motat 4km away Point Chevalier beach 5km away Western Springs Stadium 5km away

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.
