In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Excellent location for visiting Piedmont University. See the Soccer/Lacrosse field from the front yard and walk to campus. Great for attending games/visiting your student. A central location to visit Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton, Helen, Cleveland, Wineries, Waterfall hikes, and the AT. It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing/chilling by the fire pit.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The Loft at Brookside is located in a strategic setting in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The Loft is designed to be modern, but very original with personal touches by the owners. It is easy to reach and with lots of amenities makes the vacationer relaxed in the natural setting. Close to the Chattahoochee River, hiking, tubing in Helen, Georgia wineries and much more.

*This apartment has the same square footage as our home upstairs. We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
