We welcome you to enjoy our lovely industrial style, modern and chic apartment in the heart of Cape Town's De Waterkant district. This stylishly decorated apartment has high ceilings and opens unto a patio to enjoy alfresco morning coffee & afternoon cocktails. There is plenty of space available in open plan living area which is also a great place to work 'from home' :) If you want to relax, make your way to the roof top pool deck for endless views! *Zero power cuts in this building.

Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if your lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.
