A quintessential beach cottage with the beach as your back yard. 3 bedrooms, timber floors, combustion fire & town just a casual 2km stroll via the beach. Pet & child friendly, heaps of extras. This place is addictive - our guests have been coming back year after year. House trained dogs welcome inside with prior approval. No fences. Single nights will oçur a $100 surcharge. $30 pet fee per dog per stay. Linen hire available, $15-20pp.

Seashells Beach House - newly renovated

Seashells is a charming original Mossy Point cottage in an excellent location backing onto Candlagan Creek and close to Broulee beach and Mossy cafe. The back deck with BBQ, overlooks the lovely leafy grounds and water and the yard is fully fenced. Your stay will give you lifelong memories for your beach holiday and is perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The cottage is bright and airy with oodles of old-world charm, modern features, NBN and Google TV streamer. Pets are negotiable.

2 bedroom house with separate 1 bedroom cabin in Lovely Mossy Point. Situated on a quiet section of Annetts Pde with no through traffic. A reserve and the Tomaga river just over the back fence a great area for dogs who are welcome. A short walk to the Muffin shop and the boat ramp. You can walk to Nth Broulee beach via the headland and Candalagan creek, otherwise only a 3 minute drive. There are 5 adult and 2 childrens canoes provided for you to explore the mangroves and Tomaga river.
