This stylish guest house is the 1st floor of our seldom used beach house in El Granada, 4 miles north of Half Moon Bay. It has a private entry, a fully equipped kitchen, w/ a laundry/mud room & on-site parking. Large decks have splendid ocean view! Come and enjoy this quiet and comfortable home.

Features include a private semi-fenced patio with access to hot tub, new hybrid queen bed, 55" TV, ceiling fan, central heat, kitchenette and private bath/separate shower. The new loveseat is also a comfy sleeper - $50.00 for each additional guest, up to 2 with 4 guests max in unit. Note: EV Charger is $25.00 per use.

Beach access and beautiful Fitzgerald Marine Reserve Park one block north of house. WiFi, 2 TV's, ample street parking. Moss Beach is between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay with great beaches and hiking.

This unit has its own private entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house.
