This place is well located and very close to everything. We spent 3 days there and really enjoyed it. Very quiet area. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the center of Geneva and enjoy

Excellent séjour, maison incroyablement bien équipée, vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, très bonne proximité d'Annecy et des stations de ski. Sebastien est un hôte très réactif et vraiment super sympa, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci Sebastien !

Angeline est accueillante et sympathique, nous avons eu de très bons échanges, avec des recommandations sur les activités et restaurants à proximité. Sa maison est conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnelle. Située dans un environnement calme et paisible.

Appartement très calme, propre, un peu sombre . Cuisine et salle de bains neuves, bien conçues ( un robinet thermostatique dans la douche serait un plus, notamment si séjour avec enfant car eau très chaude ) Excellente connexion internet. Lit confortable. Toilettes exiguës. Propriétaires réactifs pour amélioration des ustensiles de cuisines. Linge fourni de bonne qualité et suffisant. La table , les chaises de cuisines et le fauteuil sont fonctionnels mais un peu vétustes. Les petits enfants ont pu profiter du jardin sans risque . Globalement : un bon séjour, avec un logement proche du centre ville ( environ 15 mn de la gare sans se presser ) , à 5 mn à pied du bois de Thonon .

J’ai passé quelques semaines dans ce logement , chaleureux, propre et fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nombreuses recommandations de l’hôte dans son guide, à proximité. Mention spéciale pour la machine à laver, les nombreux rangements. Proche de l’embarcadère direction Lausanne, du centre ville également et du parc de Montjoux. Un vrai espace de tranquillité ! 😊 Emmanuelle a eu la gentillesse de me prêter un tapis pour mes séances de sport et a été réactive dès que j’avais quelque chose à signaler ou une question. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

très bel emplacement. Saint jorioz est un très joli lieu, bien situé. Possibilités de belles promenades au bord du lac. la maison est agréable et confortable. la vue est splendide et reposante. nous la recommandons vivement. Marie Cécile est sympathique.

Saubere Unterkunft mit Umschwung an ruhiger Lage am Dorfrand. Freundlicher, kommunikativer Gastgeber, der zwar nicht vor Ort war, aber alles bestens organisiert hat. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die drei Hähne auf dem Grundstück, die häufig ihr Stimmorgan trainieren.

Accès facile et logement agréable.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans ce séjour. Le logement, le jardin et la vue étaient incroyables. Se réveiller avec le son du lac nous a permis de nous relaxer. Les hôtes ont été arrangeants et disponibles. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu pour un groupe de 14 personnes.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Maison spacieuse (à 13, nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds). Bien équipée. Bien placé pour le lac et la montagne. En temps de pluie les enfants ont bien profité du ping-pong et du baby foot.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa ! En couple avec deux amis et notre enfant de 3 ans, nous avons séjourné 5 jours de fin décembre à début janvier. Le logement est idéal pour vivre ensemble sans se gêner grâce à la bonne isolation et à l'emplacement des 4 chambres. Extrêmement bien équipé, il dispose de tout ce qu'on peut chercher : nombreux appareils électroménagers, bel espace de vie lumineux avec une vue magnifique sur le lac d’Annecy, et des montagnes visibles depuis les fenêtres de toit. La décoration est soignée, chaque pièce est bien pensée et agréable à vivre. Bien située, à 30 minutes de La Clusaz et de sites remarquables comme Montmin, la villa offre calme et sérénité, parfaits pour se ressourcer. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine en hiver mais espérons revenir aux beaux jours pour en profiter pleinement. En résumé, une superbe adresse, confortable et avec des vues à couper le souffle, que nous recommandons chaleureusement à tous !

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it’s very quiet, has a wonderful setting and is well equipped. Stuart was very responsive and forthcoming. You do need a car for getting around for shopping and visiting nearby attractions, and the traffic can get dense during rushhour. This house is highly recommended if you want to spend some beautiful days at and on the lake Geneva.

Maison absolument magnifique, correspond tout à fait aux photos et la description. Elle est parfaitement équipée et adaptée à une grende famille avec enfants en bas âge avec pleins de jeux et de livres a disposition. Très bien située, proche de tout et dans une région où il y a plein de choses à découvrir. Merci Anne-Laure et Yvan, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern angereist und hatten eine tolle Zeit! 🌞 Nicht nur der herzliche Empfang im Haus mit Käseplatte und einem wunderbaren Glas Wein sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sofort zuhause fühlen konnten, sondern auch die einladende Einrichtung, der große Pool und natürlich der grandiose Blick auf den See - fantastisch! Die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig, sodass wir herrlich entspannen konnten. Zum Seeufer konnten wir bequem laufen und auch Evian ist bei einem schönen Spaziergang zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die tolle Kommunikation mit Sandy, die uns bei Fragen immer nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit geantwortet hat, war einwandfrei. Außerdem wurde uns eine Reihe an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten genannt, bei der die ganze Familie auf ihre Kosten kommen konnte! Vielen lieben Dank für all die Mühe! Wir haben es sehr bei euch genossen und kommen gerne wieder 😊 🫶

This is one of the nicest Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. The location was stunning, with a glorious view of the mountains from the garden. The house was spacious and the pool large and very well maintained. At the same time, the location was great - it was just a couple of minutes walk from the lake, the cycle track and some very good local restaurants. The neighbourhood felt very safe and we were comfortable walking there at night. Sibel and her family are also incredible hosts - they have a real generosity of spirit which shines through. My hire car broke down as I was leaving and, as I had to go to the airport, they kindly waited with the car whilst the hire car company's breakdown service came to collect it. They even offered to drive me to the airport! I have recommended this place to several of my friends - it's perfect for families and friends.

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sciez, je remercie personnellement Françoise, Franck et Arielle pour leur réactivité par message et leur gentillesse! Le châlet est spacieux, bien situé (50 min de Morzine), les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses! Ce lieu est tout à fait adapté à un groupe de 15 personnes ! Je vous recommande de vous y rendre pour profiter d'un cadre magnifique (proche du lac leman) et des pistes de skis ! Encore merci et à bientôt je l'espère :)
