Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. Gym has treadmill, stair master and free weights. Huge bar/game room has a pool table and games. Deck overlooks downtown. Large bedrooms with closet/drawer space. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

Make your trip unforgettable! Step back into the Wild West, the early days of Hays City! One of the oldest homes still standing from the early days of Hays, built in 1873. This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Pure western Kansas ! Right off highway 24. This rustic home was built in 1900. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farm style home of a simpler time. A kitchen to please the cook! Feel the seasonal vibes on the front porch morning and evening with rocking chairs! Farm fresh eggs and butter provided in refrigerator! A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City. Carrier mini split heat and AC. Some grocery and local beef 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI, Roku.

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Grandma's House. Entire house is available; Three bedroom house; 4 Queen size beds. Fully functional kitchen, BBQ grill available as well. House located in the heart of Pheasant Hunting Country! We do allow dogs, but ask they not stay in bedrooms. TV, DVD, WIFI, Roku available. NEW HEATING AND AIR INSTALLED spring 2023 Morland is a sleepy and relaxing little town, there is The Office (bar), and Morland Mercantile.
