Its charming atmosphere is accompanied by kayaking adventures in an ecofriendly haven of saltwater biodiversity. Sunset Cove has the secret ability to convince its guests to linger longer, learn more and to savor each sunset. The property is on the quiet side of the island in an area called the Ferry with endless stretches of clear, quiet waters. This area boasts some of the most incredible sand bars and beaches in the Bahamas. Take your entire party in our kayaks to explore the and bars and wildlife as you'll be a 15- minute kayak ride away from Moriah Cay/Harbour and the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Ferry Harbour remain calm. Bring a picnic and park the kayaks on a sand bar to enjoy endless stretches of sandbars that emerge at low tide. Nearby Beaches: There are many amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Forbes Hill Beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach, and Pretty Molly Bay. All of these beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. Nearby Restaurants: Famous restaurants in Exuma such as Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blu on the Water, are all within 10 minutes of the home. Out Island Lux, Sleeps up to 14, cottage extra fee

Poco a Poco's main house sleeps 8 & cottage sleeps 6 that is available for an extra fee, please inquire. You’ll love the views, location, ambiance, outdoor space, and private dock and beach. Our beach is very safe for children to play and at low tide the islands close by can be reached on foot across the sand bank. 4 Kayaks & 2 paddle boards included to help you explore the the Bone fish flats. We have 3 additional cottages for rent if you need more space on the same coast, just a 5 min walk.
