Only a 20 min drive for antiquing or dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. Welcome to Sunset Cottage. Built in 2020, this home gets its name from its gorgeous sunset views! Enjoy days on the lake with your own dock and a relaxing evening around the firepit or in the brand new hot tub. You're on lake time with a main bedroom and fully equipped kitchen on level 1 plus 2 additional bedrooms, a bar, and bunk bed on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)
