No-Clean-Fee Basement Riverside Apt

I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Ross Park Guesthouse

Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. Relax and unwind in the trees---The Littlewoods Lodge in Rexburg is the perfect blend of modern and stylish surroundings. Nestled in your own private forest, you are close to town and various attractions (easy access from hwy 20, right on Yellowstone Bear World Road). Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

We are close to the Mountain American Center in Idaho Falls, Fort Hall Casino, & a great destination stop traveling to & from National Parks; Yellowstone, Grand Teton, & Craters of the Moon. Other attractions; Skiing, Lakes, Mountain Trails, Bear World, & 2 Zoo’s. Located in a quite & safe neighborhood you’ll get to experience our little homestead. KJ's Place * close to golf course & boat dock

Cute three bedroom home on the northwest side of Aberdeen in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a few blocks to the golf course & about 4 miles to the boat dock. Plenty of parking is available if you are bringing a boat or work vehicles. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to American Falls. If you love the outdoors, Aberdeen has a lot to offer w/ a golf course, boating, hunting & year-around fishing. We will do longer stays, please send an inquiry. Want to bring your pet, message me. 🐶

There are plenty of places to hike, bike, ATV/UTV and more. Deer and moose often pass by the cabin to say hello and see who's visiting.

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Awesome get away or stop along your way, or just come & play!

Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
