Tooloom Homestead - High Country Escape.

The 18 meter long, open entertainment area includes a large dining room table, slow combustion fire and huge open fireplace. Constructed from local hardwood timber, the house is imbued with a distinctive Australian aesthetic and the walls are decorated with botanical eucalyptus drawings. Spend summer evenings on the expansive veranda, taking in panoramic vistas and breathtaking sunsets and when the cooler weather arrives, unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the rustic appeal of a roaring open fire. If you are keen for adventure, take an exhilarating wilderness walk or kayaking adventure on the Tooloom river. Pack a picnic hamper, fishing rods and sunglasses and head for the river, where you can cast a lure and wait for a bass to strike. The architecturally designed homestead is perfect for large families or groups, with its wrap around veranda and spacious, travertine ensuites, adjoining every room. For biosecurity reasons, we ask that you leave your pets at home, but feel free to encounter the many cattle, horses, Pretty Faced Wallabies, occasional shy koalas and platypus that call this landscape their home. Mimosa Cottage

Mimosa Cottage was constructed in the 1920's as a residence and has had a number of interesting occupants since then including a doctors surgery and an art gallery/coffee shop. This year the cottage was renovated to create a comfy place to stay while you are visiting Glen Innes. The cottage is located centrally to the Glen Innes CBD, within short walking distance to the main street cafes, clubs, pubs and shops. There is off street parking and a large sunny back yard. No smoking throughout.

The Hideaway- Fully self contained house

The Hideaway is a newly renovated three-bedroom home with the master bedroom on a mezzanine with spiral staircase access, two bathrooms and modern facilities. The front veranda and back deck will have you wanting to spend plenty of time outside enjoying the crisp air and starry skies. The cosy wood fire and outdoor fire pit area will keep you warm on the cooler nights. Located in a quiet part of town, you will get the country feel without the seclusion and are just a short walk from town.

FarmStay Oakhurst Cottage Deepwater

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.
