Situated in quiet residential suburb of Inverness approximately 3 miles from city centre (bus stop 100m) Property benefits from own front door which gives access to modern kitchen and open plan living area. Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Situated one street back from the River Ness with easy access to all that Inverness and the Highlands has to offer as a holiday or business visit destination. Very convenient for restaurants, bars and shopping. Ideal for relaxing, walks in the evening and an excellent base for exploring Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield, Eden Court theatre, The North Coast 500, etc. PRIVATE OFF STREET PARKING FOR UP TO 2 CARS.

It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

Ardullie Farmhouse is situated on Foulis Estate 2min from Foulis Castle close to Evanton which is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Ardullie Farmhouse is a completely private sanctuary within a mature garden, no neighbours to be heard of and is situated looking over the Cromarty Firth. You’ll love this place because of the privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is great for groups of friends & family.
