The house is the same as the photos, equipped with whatever you need to stay a couple of days or months, and above all clean. The area around is quiet, and everything you need can be reached on foot. Or there is the delivery service. Check in was super easy and the host very responsive.

Môj pobyt bol super😊 Pán hostiteľ bol veľmi ochotný, komunikatívny a milý. Ako pozitívum vnímam osobné prevzatie kľúčov a podrobné informácie k parkovaciemu miestu. Byt bol v super stave všetko bolo čisté a pripravené určite sa rada vrátim a odprúčam ďalej😊

Un apartamento muy bien decorado, cómodo, con terraza y sauna. El barrio es tranquilo y hay un supermercado prácticamente en el mismo edificio. Los anfitriones respondieron a los pocos minutos. 100% Recomendable.

Appartamento confortevole e curato, posto auto in garage sotterraneo nella proprietà. Comodissimo ai mezzi per raggiungere molte destinazioni. Host sempre disponibile e attento. Consigliatissimo!!

Wir mieten seit vielen Jahren Wohnungen und Häuser für unsere Familienurlaube in ganz Europa. Diese Wohnung war mit Abstand die Beste, die wir dabei bis jetzt gemietet haben. Das Haus dürfte ein 2020er Baujahr sein. Alles ist neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell und wunderbar ausgestattet. Die Küche ist super, das Sofa bequem, die Einrichtung absolut stimmig. Dazu sind großzügig und durchdacht Verbrauchsartikel in der Wohnung (Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Kaffekapseln, Gewürze, etc.) deponiert. Den Mädels haben insbesondere die großzügigen und innen beleuchteten Kleiderschränke gefallen. Im Haus gibt es zudem einen schönen Fitnessraum mit angrenzender Sauna, die an der Rezeption für die Wohnung reserviert werden kann. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz (eigentlich sind es sogar zwei) rundet den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Die Lage ist zudem verkehrstechnisch günstig und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Fantastic location with plenty of great restaurants and bars just a short five-minute walk away. The bed is spacious and comfortable for a great night's sleep, and the shower has excellent water pressure and temperature. If you're planning to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials. The living room is thoughtfully set up, making it a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Matej provided clear instructions, was very responsive, and overall a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment with amazing view, everything was clean and big advantage was parking space in garage, we are happy to come back on our next visit :)

Un alojamiento 10/10 fiel a las fotos y con una ubicación excepcional, Vojtech estuvo siempre atento y en el alojamiento puedes encontrar todo lo que necesites, cerca también hay supermercados y restaurantes. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchísimo la estancia en este lugar.

Pobyt v tomto byte bol veľmi príjemný pani hostiteľka mi pomohla so všetkým čo trebalo a celý čas rýchlo a efektívne čo zlepšovalo pobyt. Určite odporúčam a sám sa sem ešte vrátim

We loved every minute of our trip at David's. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us and had everything in it we needed. The board games and PS4 were great for the kids after a long day of sightseeing! We were able to walk everywhere in the city from the apartment and it is just beside the Nivy Shopping Centre (for any groceries/grabbing a bite to eat). There was also the lovely coffee shop a minute's walk away with beautiful coffee. We will be back to visit again 😊

We visited Vienna and MIKE'S APPARTMENT in april 2024. Mike was very helpful and accurate with his directions and also flexible with the check-in time, which took place automatically through distance auto-lock device, without meeting the host, late at night.The place was really clean and very easy to reach by public transport. We stayed for a couple of nights and the place choice was fantastic, right outside bus and train station and very close to city center, a 10 minute bus ride.Also, across the street thereis a supermarket and a bakery, in the corner of a square with playgrounds for relaxing morning moments. The only thing i would mention is that for a five- member family the one and only bathroom was not very convenient, though it was very spacious and clean.

Είμαστε οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά, ενα 2,5 ετών και ένα 1 έτους. Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, σε σύγχρονη πολυκατοικία πολύ εύκολο στην πρόσβαση και η Judit εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης! Είχε το διαμέρισμα διαμορφωμένο για τις ανάγκες μας και η επικοινωνία μας ήταν πάντα άμεση. Η περιοχή ήταν απίθανη! Μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Belvedere και 10 λεπτά από το Μουσείο στρατιωτικής ιστορίας. Τα παιδιά χάρηκαν με την ψυχή τους το πάρκο των ελβετικών κήπων που είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από την πολυκατοικία και φυσικά δεν ήθελαν να φύγουν από την παιδική χαρά που έχει εκεί! Ήμασταν δίπλα σε στάση του τραμ και πολύ κοντα σε σταση μετρό, με αποτέλεσμα όλη η Βιέννη να είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη. Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Judit για την φιλόξενη διαμονή! 😃

The apartment was clean, smelled nice and had a great vibe, we felt at home. The host Diana was very welcoming and her response time is super fast, she waited us till 3AM in the night so we can have a smooth checkin. We are definitely coming back to this apartment.

Ubytovanie bolo naozaj veľmi krásne a útulné. Všetko bolo pripravené, dokonca aj mäkké papučky ☺️. Hostiteľka bola milá , ochotná a odpovedala rýchlo. Určite odporúčam!

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!

Amazing. The place matched the description perfectly. The nature around the accommodation was gorgeous. You can use hot tub and sauna as well. Beautiful interior and we had everything we needed. The communication with the host was so easy and fast that we didn’t have to worry about anything. We really loved the place and we hope to come back soon.

Fantastic location, very beautifully designed! Breathtaking view. Exciting offroad adventure. Luxury in nature. Very friendly hosts. The extra prices and calculation methods for whirlpool & sauna should be shown more explicitly, so tried avoid a bit negative surprises. However, all in all a really great experience, which we recommend a lot and we would enjoy it to come back one day.

We spent our Christmas and New Year holidays in this wonderful house, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is very spacious, making it comfortable for us and our two dogs. The garden provided plenty of space for the dogs to run and play, which they absolutely loved. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. The house is warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenience of having a bathtub and a shower on different floors. Parking is easy, with ample space for a car, and the location is great — just a 15-minute walk to the city center. Overall, it was a perfect stay for both us and our furry companions. Highly recommend!
