Sunny Villa is a great place to stay. Nikubur is a great host. I have to travel across Assam often, and each time I have to halt at Sibsagar, I do at this great place.

We stayed for a day and the location is exactly as description. The staffs were very friendly. Clean room, bathroom , restaurant is just next to the property. E rickshaw is just a walk way in the main road. Infact our train was delayed and they allowed us late check out as well.The price we felt little hype for sivsagar town but getting the services comparatively good. Overall a very good stay. I had a wonderful and pleasant stay! The host and staff were incredibly approachable, proactive, and always ready to help. Their friendly and welcoming nature made the experience even better. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would love to stay here again in the future.

I cant even imagine going to Sivasagar and not staying there. Thats all i have to say. A must stay..

great place!!!. it's right on the highway and easy to find. Trisanu is a great host and he does a great job at helping you right from the time of booking. helping with the directions to local recommendations he has got it all covered. and most importantly he makes the stay feels homely. most recommended if you are in shivsagar.

We reached the property at 3 AM after a tiring drive from Guwahati. It's a well built and well maintained villa with super comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we couldn’t spend much time as we had to leave early in the morning, but I’d love to book it again to enjoy it more. Khemraj Daa truly knows how to host.
