This adobe house is Easily Accessible, directly off State Hwy 518, located in Holman, New Mexico of the beautiful Mora Valley. House is (3 to 7 minutes) away from local restaurants & conveniently located within a short drive to great hunting, hiking, & skiing/snowboarding. (Just a 20 minute drive to Sipapu Ski & Summer Resort.) -3 bedrooms with (full beds) -separate room has (pull-out sofa bed) -fully equipped kitchen -full-bathroom includes a walk-in bathtub also a washer & dryer

Martha's Place

Quiet semi-secluded house in a rural area with beautiful scenery. Easily found off Highway 121 on County Road B011. The house has an attached apartment, blocked off from the house, that is used 1-2 times a week for 5-6 day hours. The deck can be used anytime when the apartment is not in use. The deck is not accessible to house. Central heating along with a wood stove (and a gas stove) and a fireplace with an insert in a good size living room. Wood included. Large area for parking.

If you want to sit peacefully and listen to nature, or go and ski at the beautiful Angel Fire or Sipapu resorts (30 mins drive), hunt locally with guides in the area, explore and hike the quaint little town of Red River (1 hr drive), ice fish in Eagles Nest (45 min drive) this is a good base to have.
