Launch your boat/kayak 0.5mi away on Moose Pond. Located just outside of Bridgton with shopping, restaurants, beaches, and hiking trails to explore. Plus only a 4 min drive to Pleasant Mountain resort with snowmobile trails out the backdoor. And North Conway only a 30min drive away for even more adventure!

Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Just steps away across the dirt road is our water front property you will have access to a canoe, paddle boat and fire pit all over looking Shawnee Peak and Moose Pond. There is no beach, however we have a dock for morning coffee or an afternoon beverage. Come fish, hike, swim at the local beach, go to the drive-in. Amenities in Bridgton are 10 minutes from the house offering dining, movies and cute shops. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Bridgton shops are 5 miles away while N. Conway's outlets are 20 miles to the east.
