This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit!

Historic Schoolhouse c1866 / Sauna + Hot Tub + Gym

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

Stone Cove Cottage

Fall asleep to the sound of the York Harbor bell buoy and waves crashing on the shore. Awake to beautiful sunrises over the ocean and lobster boats heading out to sea. Walk to York Harbor Beach or stroll the Cliff Walk taking in quintessential Maine views. Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views.

Stay at Hidden Pines Cabins. The Mirror cabin is Maines only 3 sided floor to ceiling mirrored glass cabin. Unwind in the hot tub while looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

You found your ultimate relaxation spot, sandy beaches on Rock Haven Lake (only 800' from your front door) infrared Sauna (accessible through the secret door) , 3 person hot tub, outdoor (seasonal) shower, luscious king seize bed, 6' TIPI daybed, firepit, outdoor tipi swing, a balcony and deck to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Round shower and deep claw foot soaker tub. Enjoy, relax and let your soul ponder.

Drakes Island Beach Front Breathtaking Property !

Ocean views from Kennebunkport to Cape Neddick and a gorgeous half mile sandy beach right outside your door! Watch the sunrise and the sunset over the sandy Drakes Island shores. Enjoy daily walks on the beach or take a walk on the peaceful trails nearby alongside the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge & Laudholm Farm, and go to town for restaurants, arcades and more fun. It doesn’t get better than this !

The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.

Cozy Cabin with hot tub, walk to beach, rock cove

Guest cabin in a private setting down a private road with short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and a secluded pebble beach. Guests have exclusive use of the firepit, outdoor sitting area and hot tub. The cozy and rustic post and beam cabin has two levels with a ladder to the loft level. Private and romantic for a couple, fun for a couple and one or two kids or just two adults.

🐾 Dog Welcoming Cabin with Fully Fenced Yard Escape to a peaceful, cozy cabin tucked away in the woods — the perfect balance of private seclusion and close proximity to town. Kick your feet up on the deck, breathe in the pine, listen to the birds and frogs, or take a gentle stroll down Bufflehead Cove Lane. Walk quietly and you may spot a heron or egret on the pond!
