La baita ha una bella esposizione a sud-ovest, e dalla sua ampia terrazza si gode una vista spettacolare sul Monviso e sulle montagne circostanti. Nei mesi invernali, se lo desiderate, sarete avvolti dal calore del camino a legna.

L’appartamento si trova in un’area residenziale immersa nel verde con posto auto gratuito.
