Silk Cotton Villa

Silk Cotton Villa is a lovely, secluded, private villa located in the desirable and sought after area of Woodlands, Montserrat. The property was designed to provide breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea from virtually all its rooms. The villa sits on 1.3 acres of beautifully landscaped lawn and garden, featuring flowering plants and towering palm trees. The private road accommodates only three villas, ensuring privacy and tranquility. This listing is only for two bedrooms on the upper section.

Beautiful, relaxing villa on a hill overlooking the sea and mountains, with pool and large patio. Indoor and outdoor dining. Roomy and airy. Use the pool or visit one of the black sand beaches nearby or rent a kayak and picnic on the island's only white sand beach. Few crowds. Quiet island with great hiking trails in the rain forest. Nestled in Montserrat's rainforest-covered hills, with breathtaking views over the Caribbean Sea and a ten-minute walk to an often-deserted beach, this secluded hideaway is perfect for those seeking a restorative and utterly peaceful vacation. Because it is west-facing, sunset cocktails on either of the 60ft balconies or pool deck are a must.
