Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Ce logement est très lumineux, calme et décoré avec soin. 4è étage avec ascenseur, local vélo disponible. Tout équipé (wifi, TV, lave-linge, cuisine…) ! Quartier populaire du 18e arrondissement, métro Lamarck ou Marcadet-Poissonniers (M4, M12), ouvre en face des marches pour accéder au Sacré Cœur… proche commerces et restaurants

Exceptional Apartment Sacré-Cœur View Montmartre

Exceptional apartment looking onto the iconic Sacré-Coeur Basilica on the one side and overlooking its beautiful park through the trees on the other side. At the heart of Montmartre. The apartment is very bright and sunny especially in the morning with sun coming into the bedroom and living spaces. It has comfortable furnishings, a fitted kitchen with many appliances and separate bathroom and toilet. You are 5 minutes’ walk from the metro, and next to Montmartre’s restaurants, bars and shops.
