Weekend "Wee"treat - Floyd County Tiny House

Get away to a private setting in Floyd County with your very own tiny home. Located just a 15-17 minute drive to downtown Floyd. Our tiny house is located on 2 wooded acres in a quiet, rural setting with plenty of room for the entire family. We encourage use of the entire site for tent camping alongside the tiny house. Kitchenette w/outdoor grill, bathroom with clawfoot tub, stackable washer/dryer, central HVAC and complimentary Level 2 EV charging are just some of the amenities to be found.

One bedroom, queen bed with Avocado Green mattress. Also have a queen size King Koil air mattress. It is not as comfortable as a more traditional bed, but it is ok for kids or a single adult. I listed 4 guests in the description but it’s more reasonably 3 because of the air mattress. It’s a comfortable air mattress 20” off the floor but still an air mattress. Unit is downstairs in a private home, one bathroom, one bedroom, and a living area with a separate entrance. There are no steps.

Our little house just outside of Blacksburg allows you to be close to the action, but not too close. You can head into town (5-8 minutes) or head up the mountain. Enjoy activities around campus and then retreat to a quiet place for some rest. Or go hiking in the nearby Jefferson National Forest and then head into town for a nice dinner. For you skiers, Winterplace is an hour away in W. Virginia. For you cyclists, our road is a popular training hill.

2 bedrooms in our home available for football weekends, tucked in a wooded setting. Very quiet and surrounded by trees with a stream through the yard. Located 7 minutes (3 miles) to Virginia Tech. There is a queen bed in one room, twin in the other, with your own bathroom by the hallway. Hosts will serve a fantastic breakfast and you are welcome to grill on the deck. We have two large friendly dogs, so please take that in consideration when booking.
