Unique quirks about our little home: the ceiling coming down the steps is lower, and the bathroom is a jack-and-jill.

The guesthouse has two living spaces, a dining room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a private patio with outdoor seating, and a grill.

South Park- The Purple Barney Guesthouse

Historic South Park Purple Barney guesthouse. Built in 1920 this shotgun cottage was rehabbed by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped it down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings, skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows & doors. New Metal Roof in 2022! Your host is a Certified Service Disabled Vet.

The Travel-Bug Bungalow is located in the heart of Kettering. We cater to the "travel-bug" - our Airbnb guest who has a strong desire to travel to places all around the world. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the library, post office, supermarket and Mamma Disalvo's Italian Ristorante! We are also a short drive to the USAF Museum and Carillon Historical Park.

The Loft on 5th w/hot tub in the Oregon District

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Dayton's entertainment district. This beautiful building built in 1870 is right on the main strip, seconds away from breweries, pubs, bars, and restaurants in and around the Oregon District. Minutes away from the University of Dayton and Miami Valley Hospital. Located just east of I-75 and north I-35. A short 15 minute drive to WPAFB.
