Lynn was absolutely wonderful!! From the easy check in and helpful labeling to the beautifully thought out decor. Best host Ive ever dealt with and would come back in the future.

Joshua's place was perfect in every way. He has literally thought of everything! Comfortable beds, hot showers, coffee selection, snacks, and so many more extra sweet touches throughout. This property has amazing views, nature, sunsets, and the stars are absolutely magnificent on a clear night. Book it! you won't be disappointed!!!

This was the cutest and most homey Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The beds were comfortable and we all slept so great. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It’s beautiful, comfy, warm & extremely inviting! Cynthia, our hostess, was very kind, receptive & thoughtful. There was a big snowstorm coming in to that area on our day of arrival & she offered for us to come a day early to avoid the weather! Very sweet. Beautiful property, clean, well stocked for guests. We will definitely stay at this lovely house again!

We stayed with Joanne and Bill in the spring of 2021 and knew we had to go back some day. We got married last week and stayed again for our honeymoon. The property is the most unique and artistic we've ever booked, and the hosts are an inspiring and welcoming couple, making a beautiful life in the middle of nowhere. See Mesa Verde. See Hovenweep. See Canyon of the Ancients. We can't recommend this stay enough.

Love this place! So private, such a view. Fire-pit overlooking mountains sitting on a perch. Such a treat to stay on a property this large, and to have it all to yourself. I'm a city dweller so this is very special to me. Dan was super helpful throughout. House was very well sorted out, all the things you need were there. Would definitely come again.

Dana is a wonderful host: friendly, responsive, and has a wonderful home. The cottage was clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed. This was the second time we've been her guests, and we'll definitely repeat our stay if the opportunity comes up!
