My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. One of the only houses located directly in front of the ocean in this area. Beautiful beaches are on either side of the property within a 10 minute walk and up the river next to the villa is the famous Montezuma waterfall with a big pool. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool in the rocks and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families, and honeymooners. Casa Mirador-Ocean View

Casa Mirador is located a few minutes up the hill from Montezuma. It is very close to the trail to the upper water fall and is about a 20 minute walk down to town. It has a fantastic view, great breezes and a pool that is shared with Casa Tranquila. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. Casa Mirador is an upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Our caretakers live in the downstairs apartment.
