Having stayed for 1 week in Pocitos and then coming to Olaza Independencia, it was a wonderful change. We were now so close to the pedestrian walk, restaurants, groceries and buses. It was a super location for us to explore.

Una de las mejores estadías que tuve. En mi caso, trabajo de forma remota y pude aprovechar muchísimo el espacio de coworking y las áreas comunes, que complementan perfectamente al departamento privado. Cada detalle está diseñado para que la experiencia sea cómoda y funcional. La ubicación es 10/10, ideal tanto para quienes vienen a trabajar como para quienes quieren disfrutar de Montevideo. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería, y recomendaría este lugar a cualquier viajero que busque calidad, comodidad y un ambiente cálido. ¡Gracias Valeria por todo!

el lugar, hermoso, tranquilo, privado, la comunicación excelente. Lo único que tendría para decir, es que en la publicación dice que tiene garage en las instalaciones, y en realiad es un estacionamiento a 1 cuadra aprox., Sin ser por eso, la estadía es ideal.

Appartement très agréable, joliment meublé, chambre très très calme . Petite cuisine très bien équipée. Salon lumineux et agréable. Climatiseur réversible. Carla est très attentive et accueillante. Le quartier est très plaisant, en particulier Sarandí et Perez Castellano, deux rues piétonnes aussi vivantes que jolies, avec leurs palmiers et bougainvilliers. De bons restaurants aussi : Jacinto, la Fonda, la Corte… Notre séjour a été délicieux.

This is my third time staying at Juan's condo (prior at the 17th and 9th Floor) at El Faro, this condo is on the 11th floor, the views are amazing and even there is a building under construction on the back, there was not disturbing noises. The apartment is just like in the pictures and nicer. Even though it was cold and windy, the place is very warm, the AC units were not in need and used the windows to get fresh air. Monica, in charge of the check-in-check out, is the best! She will provide you with any information you may need and will go beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Thank you, Monica and Juan, for making me feel so welcome!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION…. brand new apartment 8min from airport and 30min from downtown Montevideo and just a walk away from public transportation. The building is highly secure with parking inside the premise and very flexible check in (A+). Beautiful surroundings with a lot of amenities. Great communication with property management (A++).. I honestly believe that the description was very modest, I will definitely will come back.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, confortável, muito bem localizado, perfeito! O edifício é muito novo e bonito, a academia bem equipada, as piscinas limpas e aquecidas. A Monica é uma excelente pessoa, responde de forma super rapida e é muito amigavel. Eu com certeza voltaria a me hospedar neste apartamento. Recomendo fortemente.

Éramos cinco hóspedes brasileiros, o apartamento coube todos com muito conforto. Tudo impecável, quartos, banheiro, sala e cozinha. Além disso o anfitrião sempre responde cordialmente e agilidade das as dúvidas. Tenho de falar também sobre os porteiros dos condomínio que são pessoas incríveis também. Muito obrigado a todos!!

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in Valerias Airbnb! Valeria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die mit ihrer super schnellen und unkomplizierten Kommunikation dafür sorgt, dass man sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlt. Sie kennt viele coole und lokale Orte. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, groß und hell, es gibt sogar einen direkten Zugang zu einem kleinen privaten Innenhof. Es ist ruhig und das Bett ist super bequem! Die Lage ist top: Man kann die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden, und es gibt verschiedene Busanbindungen in der Nähe. Das Viertel selbst ist kreativ, mit viel cooler Street Art, kleinen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die alle flussläufig sind. Eine absolute Empfehlung – vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in deinem zu Hause und deine Flexibilität beim CheckIn und CheckOut. Ich komme gerne wieder!
