Praia Es'Al, is located in Madre Vieja, a few km. from Monterrico, on the Guatemalan Pacific Coast. This Mediterranean-style custom-built villa is located right on the beach and offers spectacular sun dances year-round. The shaded pool features a built-in bench overseeing beach and ocean. This warm, quiet place is fully equipped with custom touches by Lorena de Estrada, a seasoned interior designer. Open up the entire house to welcome in the relaxing sounds and enjoy the beauty all around.

Comoda casa en el mar de un solo nivel, la playa esta a 300 mts de la casa. Parqueo para 6 carros, aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Piscina de 15 x 6 mts (profundidad 140/160 cms) + area para ninios. Todas las habitaciones con bano privado, toallas, sabanas y almohadas, cocina bien equipada, estufa gas y electrica, churrasquera gas, microondas, licuadora, tostador, cafetera, refrigerador, air fryer, congelador y enfriador en el rancho. WIFI, TV cable, projector en sala. Grupos familiares.

Villa Rosa was inspired by the colonial architecture of Antigua, yet with a modern, beach influenced twist. It offers a spa-like retreat in a hidden corner of El Paredón. It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
