Casa Sun Sand Surf is a charming home located in the beautiful beach of Pochomil. It is only a one hour drive from Managua. Beachfront, ocean front with great views, it has an espectacular infinity view pool of +40 ft. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor spaces, the views, and its location. Ideal for couples or families with kids looking to escape to a tranquil coastal setting, stay right in front of the ocean aprox. 27 ft. above the beach level, a peaceful haven for rest and relaxation.

Fully Gated Family Ocean Front Home

We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay.
