Not much else you can say other than the word surreal. What a peaceful and stunning environment. Keep in mind you should definitely rent a car if you stay here, but it’s not too far from many incredible and unique towns in the area. If I could give this a 10/5 I would. An extra perk is having Hazel the cat come visit you at various points in the day. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. We had the best time and will be recommending this to anyone that tells us they want to visit Sanoma.

Wow, we absolutely LOVED our stay at Amy’s Local BnB. Amy was truly the most hospitable host, she was so friendly, offered amazing recommendations, and was very responsive. We so enjoyed the fresh eggs, as well. I can’t recommend her place enough, we will certainly be back. The location was peaceful, and decorated perfectly. The amenities were perfect.

Pictures truly do not do it justice! The perfect wine country retreat for a long weekend. The shower, the bathtub (can you believe that mirror??) combined with the immaculate decor and brand new appliances were truly such a dream. Don’t get me started on the bed- like sleeping on a cloud! So perfect in every way! Megan was kind enough to coordinate an early check in for us and set out yummy snacks and chilled champagne upon arrival. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

Great stay. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub for kids and adults. Very clean bathrooms and kitchens, plenty of space for 4, and comfortable beds.

We loved our stay in the country. It was convenient to get to wine tasting and to parks and hiking. The only thing we didn’t like was that we could hear truck traffic from the highway but it was minor (didn’t keep us awake but noticeable). It’s a beautiful place. We loved the sheep and how green it was this time of year. The cheese was delicious!

My family and I had such a great stay at Michael and Edna’s place! The house was easy to find and check in was smooth. We had an absolute blast in the game room! So many fun arcade games to keep the whole family having fun and entertained! I’m not sure if the kids or adults had more fun! The backyard was secluded and beautifully landscaped. The house is a short drive to downtown Sebastopol so it was super easy to explore. We would look for this place again if we’re ever back in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? Stay here for the amazing views! We would come back for the panoramic views alone. The main level living and dining area was the place to hang out basking in the sun drenched landscape, eating and playing games on the large dining table that can seat up to 10! The main level master bedroom has a very comfy king bed with plenty of drawer space for your things. The small master bath is updated and clean. There is a second guest bath also on the main level. However the guest bedroom is upstairs adjacent to the loft area that has a trundle bed and desk. So if your guest have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night they have to traps down the hardwood stairs. The guest room has a comfy king bed with closet. There is basement level down stairs as well that has an older hide-a bed couch. The gas fireplace is down at that lower level and the views are amazing are amazing down there as well. Beware though that right next door is a new home construction site in process.

The house was beautiful and a restful place away from the city. I agree with other reviews and it was super clean. My small family thoroughly enjoyed the house and its proximity to hiking trails and Healdsburg downtown.

My three girls and I celebrated my 70th birthday there. We had a wonderful time. The house and amenities were beyond expectation, and we loved the friendly, warm and cozy atmosphere. We would all go again!

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very friendly very reasonable. If i had questions he answered right away. Always a smile.

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

Logan was great to work with. He was always quick to respond to emails. The condo was perfect for our visit, the pools were great and the location was what made this place somewhere we will come back to.

This resort is perfect for a wine tasting weekend! It’s super close to so many wineries and centrally located to both Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. There’s also a full kitchen in case you want to make meals. It’s a great deal!
