A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. House Equipment : Ground Floor : Fully equipped kitchen , Patio-Solana , Toilet , Living room, Terrace - Dining room. First Floor: 1 Master Bedroom with terrace and private bathroom. Double bed 1.60 x 2.00 mts. Panoramic View of the sea. It can be arranged upon request a cot - park for children under two years. 1 double bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom. Attic: 1 single bedroom + extra bed. General: - Kitchen equipment : fridge-freezer, Induction Stove, Oven , Microwave , Dishwasher , sandwich maker, electric juicer, minipimer with all accessories, food Electric Griddle, Electric Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pantry, Kitchen Utensils and crockery for 6 people. - Solana: Hanger, sink for washing clothes, Washer, Dryer. Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Romantische Höhle mit Terrasse und Meerblick

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Se trata de una vivienda solariega de finales del siglo XIX. Se encuentra localizada en el centro sur de la Isla de Gran Canaria, a 2 km del Pueblo de Santa Lucía y a 25 Km de las Playas del Sur de la Isla Desde sus ventana y sus patios exteriores se puede observar toda la caldera, y el parque arqueológico de Tunte La vivienda dispone de dos dormitorios, dos cuevas, un salón - comedor , una sala de estar, dos baños, dos patios exteriores, aire acondicionado, chimenea , barbacoa y Jacuzzi

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

La playa está a unos metros de la casa, pareciendo que vuele sobre el mar y esta situación privilegiada le permitirá disfrutar tanto de las vistas como de su entorno. Dispondrá de todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrute de una relajada estancia, con vistas únicas al mar dando un toque de infinita paz, haciendo que las vacaciones se disfruten al máximo.

Splendid Villa with a Garden Patio, Roquete B

Beautiful rural house located in lovely surroundings in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers, to escape with family, with friends or family. You also have access to the shared pool that is situated about 150 meters from the house. Supermarkets, shops, and a golf course are close of the Villa. Is recommendable to rent a car to get to both the town and for touring the island, because the bus service is reduced.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)
