The kitchen is equipped (no dishwasher). Dining room seats 6. Living room with Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Bring your jet skis, boat, and fishing equipment. Public boat launch 2 miles & a large park nearby. Then retreat outside where you will find multiple decking areas to relax in the sun or enjoy the breeze in the shade. Derby Lake provides plenty of entertainment whether it be fishing, boating or swimming. This home has a private dock and 75 feet of sandy waterfront property!

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we do provide ground stakes & cable ties. And throughout the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property.

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A waterfront bungalow w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis. This large, double-lot property provides expansive views (of the lake in front and private pond out back). Plus a backyard bunkhouse. The Loon's Nest is very dog-welcoming. The yards are not fenced, but we do provide ground stakes & cables. Additionally, guests enjoy FREE & exclusive use of the pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private dock during all warmer-weather months (May 'til Oct).
