You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

The Historic 1889 Walton House in Snohomish, Washington was brought back to life in 2016/2017 by Snohomish Vacation Rentals. This home offers a charming front porch, large windows that afford plenty of natural light, and many original details that will make your stay a memorable experience. Charming, retro, perfectly preserved time capsule house located on High Bank Skykomish river. This 1 bedroom waterfront home features Mountain views and access to the water for seasonal fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging. Watch the eagles and the fish jump through a provided telescope and binoculars, or just while lounging in front of large picture windows. Though the vintage ambience is preserved, the couch, bedding and carpets are brand new.

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!
