Private brick home built in 1951 situated on 10 acres in the country. Neighbors are mainly retired military or professionals. Neighboring pasture has cows and sheep. Front porch has wicker swing & rockers. The yard is established with azaleas, camellias, magnolias, & long needle pine trees. The home has hard wood floors and is cozy and welcoming like stepping back into your grandmothers home. One outside cat, Miss Kitty, is the mistress of the premises but enjoys guests from a distance.

The Nook (on the Tenn-Tom)

Located on the Tenn-Tom River just 1 mile from DownTown, this 500 sq ft upstairs carriage house will relax you with its waterfront view. The exterior is rustic continuing with cottage charm inside. You can relax on the sofa in the comfort of the living room, take a quiet nap in the bedroom or enjoy a game of PacMan. Try grilling with a great water view on the porch or swing. For a change of pace, 2 kayaks & a canoe are for your enjoyment! 🛶 (Twin bed w/trundle downstairs for another guest).

Lakeside getaway situated right on a 24-acre, private lake that you'll have all to yourself. The lake house has beautiful large pine trees along the driveway and hunting mounts line the walls. Guest's are welcome to fish, swim, and paddle the canoe or kayak around the lake. The lake is well stocked with bass and bluegill. Great place for a family vacation and the pets are welcome to come too! Located 45min north of Mississippi State and 30min south of Tupelo.
