Our convenient location, just 4.6 miles from the port, makes it ideal for those who need a comfortable stay before or after their cruise. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoor terrace, the quiet neighborhood , the comfortable bed, and the sofa bed. My place is good for couples, small families, adventurers, and business travelers.

One-of-a-kind place accommodations located next to the 7-Mile Bridge in the heart of the Florida Keys. This room features one king, one queen, and one Murphy bed that can accommodate up to six people. Our accommodations come complete with a swimming pool and full kitchen. Unit requires stairs; there is not an elevator at the property. Conch Key Villas #1. Fun, fishing & great sunsets

Studio One's waterfront rental is located on the ground level. Our units differ vastly from other Florida Keys lodgings because our property is right on Florida Bay. If you trailer your boat, the dockage is a few feet from the back door. Our docks can handle boats up to 25’ and you can park your trailer in our front lot. There is a boat ramp just two blocks away. Studio 1 can sleep 2 adults and one child (up to 12 years). We have a king size bed and a futon.

This room sleeps 3 comfortably with a king size bed & single sleeper sofa. Located downstairs towards the rear of the Inn, it has it's own private patio area with a table and chairs.
