The Bothy is a rural, coastal, studio cottage.

This unique place has a style all of its own. The Bothy is newly renovated and offers a peaceful, coastal getaway for 2. It is a twin bedded studio cottage with a separate bathroom and shower. There is a microwave, electric hob, toaster and kettle in the kitchen area. Dining table and chairs. Wall mounted TV and WiFi. There are several quiet beaches with wonderful coastlines to explore within walking distance. There is also the stunning St Medan Golf Course that welcomes visitors all year round.

The Scars View is a fresh and spacious 4 berth caravan with an incredible sea view situated in the peaceful village of Monreith. This part of Dumfries and Galloway is a true hidden gem with miles of coastline ready to explore just yards away, as well as a great selection of golf courses, sites of historical interest, pubs, cafes, restaurants, Galloway International Dark Sky Park, Kirroughtree Forest Park, Wigtown Scotlands National book town and Bladnoch -Scotlands oldest Southern distillery.

Wrens nest is a cozy one-room cottage with an open plan design that combines charm with functionality. The main room features a simple layout where the bed, sofa and kitchen area share the same space. The comfortable oak framed bed has neutral linens and bedside tables with reading lamps. The two seater sofa has small foldable tables for dining. The kitchen occupies one wall with simple cabinets, two burner hob, fridge, microwave and small air fryer. The shower room has wc & sink with storage.

Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

The romance, splendour and variety of landscapes to be found in Galloway lies at the door of The Old Servants’ Hall. For couples or individual explorers (and dog), this beautifully restored, cosy apartment is an ideal retreat for escaping the rat race. Dumfries and Galloway dark skies park is a stunning location to get away from it all on our eco friendly off grid small holding. The yurt is solar powered with 12vt lights and has a wood burning stove, shower room and composting toilet. The yurt has a double bed and three singles (all with down duvets) so sleeps 4 x1 or 1x2 and 3x1 . The chemical free, DIY hottub is very private and for the exclusive use of our guests, only available for bookings of 3 nights or longer
