This cabin in the woods features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, which is close to Cheat Lake and the heart of Morgantown. This home is equipped with a full kitchen and has a front deck which includes a hot tub, fire pit, and outside dining area. There are many walking trails close by which include the Botanic Gardens and Coopers Rock State Park. It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

Cabin at the Coal Camp

Located above the Monongahela River, it is a quick 9 miles to Morgantown or 15 miles to Fairmont. We are making our cabin available for weekends, near WVU. Brady Camp, as we affectionately call our cabin is located on 33 acres of property that was once the Town of Brady at the Edna Gas Coal Company mine. The property has been reclaimed through the West Virginia mine reclamation act. Large trees and a few trails, good for hiking. The cabin is newly built in the last 10 years.

Catherine's Coop on the Mon is a full home away from home experience. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home sits off the Main Street right on the banks of the Monongahela River. The home has been fully remodeled by the owners. It features a full kitchen, 2 living rooms, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and so much more! The home is just minutes away from downtown Morgantown and endless shopping and food locations at the University Town Centre.

Newly Renovated! Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.

Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.

Copper House

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
